Job Description:/h3:

Seeking an energetic, professional, personable individual to become a key part of a dynamic team responsible for management and marketing of large predominantly retail commercial property.

Core Responsibilities:

:File maintenance, scanning documents to electronic archives.
:Maintain and update all tenant contact information.
:Maintain and file all tasks, projects and checklists pertaining to the property.
:Manage office supplies, maintenance contracts and conference room scheduling.
Write work orders for Maintenance department.
Work with Tenants on lease issues and preventative maintenance scheduling
Assist in preparing reports for monthly meetings.
:Support marketing team on events and promotions, when needed.
Maintain and update master invoice coding sheets
Process invoices through Nexus for approval of manager. This includes:
o Research any past due amounts and note the information on the invoice.
o Working with/negotiating with vendors when discrepancies are found
o Complete internal check requests as needed
Create Direct Tenant Billings as needed (invoicing tenants).
Maintain, complete and administer the tracking of property utility usage, charges and trends.
Support Property Manager in other areas, as needed.

Required Skills:

Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word and Nexus.
Ability to multitask and set priorities.
Experience with vendor invoice entry.
