Job Summary: The Donor Services Manager is responsible for daily gift entry and acknowledgment, report generation, database maintenance, coordination of mailings (including complex mail merges), managing donor benefits, providing logistical support for development events, and providing administrative support for the Development Department. Duties and Responsibilities: Gift Processing - Record, acknowledge, file, and report all contributions, as well as pledge reminders. Database Management - Maintain accurate, up-to-date records on all donors, campaigns, funds, etc., in Raiser's Edge. Generate reports for development and finance departments. Solicitation Mailing Coordination -. Pull mailing lists and coordination mail merges for all solicitations throughout the fiscal year Administrative Support - Maintain development calendar and electronic and paper development files; provide administrative support to the Director of Donor Relations and Vice President of Development. Stewardship - Ensure timely delivery of donor benefits (donor listings, event invitations, etc.). Event Support - Provide support for events (create and mail invitations, process RSVPs, and staff events). Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially MS Word, Excel, and Outlook Proficiency in Raiser's Edge 7, or other fundraising database software Exceptional attention to detail and highly organized.
