Under the direction of the Manager, Executive Development, supports the design, organization, delivery and evaluation of leadership development programs for bench employees.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Support the learning and development process including needs assessment, program content development, at times working with Subject Matter Experts, to ensure valid content.
  • Conduct research to identify best practices and industry trends related to talent and leadership development, including: program content, learning theory, high-potential development, program design and delivery, techniques and vendors utilizing them.
  • Support the delivery and facilitation of leadership programs to include: workshops, coaching, presentations, group discussions and leadership forums delivered via all types of modalities, including face-to-face and web conferencing.
  • Develop presentations, visual aids, status reports and spreadsheets (PowerPoint, Excel and Word) applying creativity and graphic design skills in support of preparation and execution of development programs.
  • Assist with distribution of internal communications of learning events through various media.
  • Develop content of program-related deliverables to include facilitator and participant materials, presentation media, job aides, and on-the-job development accelerators.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (early career to executive level) to enhance overall program learning impact.
  • Support execution of program delivery to include documentation of presentation notes, review.
